Finance Director

Tyler Burke serves as Finance Director at ICON Dental Partners, bringing nearly ten years of experience across finance, accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, contract management, and strategic planning. His background includes finance and accounting roles with Grenzebach Glier and Associates and Aspen Dental Management, where he developed deep expertise in financial reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting, month-end close, business development reporting, contract writing, and operational finance.

At ICON Dental Partners, Tyler supports the organization’s financial strategy through EBITDA reporting, M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, forecasting, financial modeling, lender reporting, and accounting process development. He specializes in building clear, actionable reporting frameworks that help leadership understand business performance, identify key cost drivers, and make informed decisions across partner practices.

Prior to joining ICON, Tyler served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Aspen Dental Management, where he managed Midwest office financials, created month-end reporting packages, partnered with operations leadership on financial presentations, and developed break-even analyses to support staffing and ownership decisions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Financial Analyst and Contract Writer at Grenzebach Glier and Associates, where he negotiated client contracts, analyzed project margins, maintained KPI reporting, and supported profitability management across consulting engagements.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business, with a concentration in Finance and Economics.
