"I have been interested in understanding and exploring group platforms for many years. Several of my close colleagues were co-founders at Oral Surgery Partners, a relatively large and very successful oral surgery group. The surgeons in the group are very happy with their involvement with OSP, and their success helped fuel my interest in developing a group based on those same principles: putting doctors first, building a team around them to take over much of the non-clinical aspects of running the practice, and doing everything with a focus on integrity and clinical outcomes.

As I explored different options for how to make this happen, I was introduced to Ian McNickle and Jeromy Dixson.
