Scott was born in Milwaukee, WI, and raised in Tulsa, OK, where he spent most of his life. He now resides in Fountain Hills, AZ, with his wife, Jennifer, their two children, Hailey and Aiden, and their two spoiled Boston Terriers, Vivian and Brody. Outside of work, Scott enjoys hiking, golfing, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family.

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Langston University. With over 20 years of experience in dental operations, he has worked across various specialties, including general dentistry, pediatrics, periodontics, and oral surgery. He has also consulted with doctors on office openings, acquisitions, and optimizing systems and processes. Over the course of his career, Scott has successfully managed portfolios generating more than $150 million in revenue and achieving a 35% EBITDA.

Scott is dedicated to fostering a strong organizational culture, removing both clinical and non-clinical barriers, and ensuring long-term growth and sustainability. He is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping his team achieve both their personal and professional growth potential.
