Rosalea Peters is the VP of Strategic Operations at ICON Dental Partners. A seasoned business leader, she brings extensive experience in Operations, Marketing, and HR, including roles in both general and specialty dental practices as a front office team member, office manager, and practice management coach.

Previously, Rosalea was Director of HR & Operations at WEO Media, a 4x Best in Class for Technology marketing agency. Starting as an Operations Specialist in 2012, she played a pivotal role in building and developing teams for SEO, billing, social media, and premium services while honing expertise in leadership, process optimization, and growth strategies for dental practices.

A published author in Dental Economics and a sought-after speaker for dental groups nationwide, Rosalea has also contributed to the dental community through nonprofit board service with organizations like the Oregon Dental Executives Association and the Oregon Dental Association's Marketing Committee.
