Robert Hutchison

Chief Financial Officer

Robert Hutchison serves as CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and leads the Finance and Accounting teams. As an executive in healthcare for almost 30 years, nearly all that time working with multi-site, multi-state healthcare services portfolios sponsored by private equity firms in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Women’s Health, Orthopedics and Physical Therapy.

He has significant experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, cash management, revenue cycle management and capital restructures on both the debt and equity sides. Robert takes special pride in providing timely and accurate financial information to his partners: the executive team, lenders and equity sponsors.

Robert earned his BS in Accounting and MA in Finance from the University of Alabama after serving six years in the Navy. He obtained his CPA license and later attended Harvard’s Advance Management Program.
