Diane Sparks

VP Accounting

Diane Sparks serves as Vice President of Accounting, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in the field, with close to half of that time focused in the healthcare industry. Her healthcare career began with a private equity firm investing in hospital systems and has since expanded across a range of multi-state, multi-site healthcare service organizations.

Diane has worked with companies at various stages of growth and in diverse healthcare settings. Her areas of expertise include financial reporting, acquisitions, system conversions, and the leadership of high-performing accounting teams.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
