Dr. Whitney Weiner is a visionary startup leader and accomplished periodontist dedicated to building and leading a rapidly expanding network of dental practices across metro Detroit, all committed to delivering the highest level of comprehensive dental care to their communities. She currently owns and operates one specialty practice and two general dentistry practices in the greater Detroit area, where she applies her deep clinical expertise and business acumen to elevate both patient experience and team performance.

Dr. Weiner also serves as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at ICON Dental Partners, where she leads growth strategy, partnership development, and operational scaling efforts across the organization. As CGO, her focus is on accelerating expansion while ensuring alignment with ICON’s mission to support world-class dental care and culture. Before relocating to Detroit, Dr. Weiner completed a fellowship at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in East London, where she provided care to an underserved, predominantly immigrant population. She later practiced in Australia as the sole periodontist in a large multi-specialty dental group, where she helped pioneer a comprehensive, team-based approach to care.
