I'm a practicing orthodontist who has always loved finding ways to do things more efficiently while increasing both patient and employee satisfaction.

Prior to dental school, I worked for Apple, Inc. and helped design the customer workflow currently adopted by Apple's retail stores globally. Then friends in dentistry started asking me for advice on improving their workflows.
